To enable motion detection recording in the iSmartViewPro app, follow these steps:
Open the iSmartViewPro app on your iPhone.
Select the camera you want to configure for motion detection.
Look for the "Settings" option; it might be represented by a gear icon.
Navigate to the "Alarm" or "Motion Detection" section within the settings.
Enable the motion detection feature by toggling it on.
Set the sensitivity level for motion detection according to your preference.
Save the settings and exit the configuration menu.
The camera should now record automatically when it detects motion. Make sure that your camera and app have the necessary permissions to send notifications or start recordings as configured.

It seems that upgrading your phone may have led to a compatibility issue with the iSmartViewPro program, causing the inability to retrieve saved videos. It is recommended to check if the program is updated and compatible with the upgraded phone, or reach out to the program's support team for assistance.
To fix the issue of the webcam showing "camera not online now" after changing the router, you can try the following solutions:
Ensure that the webcam is properly connected to the new router and that it has a stable internet connection.
Restart both the webcam and the router.
Check if the webcam's firmware is up to date and if not, update it.
Verify if the webcam's settings are configured correctly in the iSmartViewPro software.
If the problem persists, reinstall the iSmartViewPro software and set it up again with the new router.
If none of the above solutions work, it is recommended to seek further assistance from the iSmartViewPro support team or consult the user manual for specific troubleshooting steps.
It's impossible to say whether the application works on Windows 10 or not, because this is marked as being unavailable. The software is obtained with certain hardware. If you have compatible hardware, contact the manufacturer or the seller you acquired the software from. They should tell you more about a possible Windows 10 release or update. I have tried finding a way to run the software in Windows 10, but nothing found.
Just set up my camera, but can't see how to set up email alarms and it seems no settings on iPhone or iPad can view camera fine and move PTZ etc. Can anyone help?

You will have to use the built-in Help section or the manuals available in the installation directory. This application is bundled with hardware devices and it's impossible to test it. Go to the installation directory and check for readme or user guides to find additional information.
When I start recording with my IP camera, it only records 2 hours and then stops. Even if I plan to record from 1am to 8am and the icon for recording shows me the correct time plan, the camera still gives me 2 hours only. What's happening?

To overcome this issue, launch the software and check the settings and the output path. Make sure it's on a NTFS partition, otherwise the file will be limited to 2 GB. Secondly, make sure you have enough free space to record all that time. Additionally, re-install the application and launch it under an Administrator account.
I've changed my laptop and now I cannot use the WiFi option to my iSmartViewPro camera. Can you help me? The new laptop has Windows 10 installed.

As far as I know, the camera and laptop need to be connected to the same WiFi Network in order to access it by IP. If it's a network IP camera, then plug a cable from camera to your LAN and use the default IP address. Based on the camera's IP, Windows will assign an IP to your computer as well.
Download and install Angry IP Scanner using the following link: http://angryip.org/
It will scan and show the IP address of the whole subnetwork including the one used by the camera, then you can use the browser or your favorite application to connect.

No, the application won't work on Windows 8.1 because no download link is available nor any possibility to download the application. Nowadays, you can only install the software on iOS and Android with lack for a Windows version.
It depends. Apple TV supports MP4 playback encoded with H.264 or MPEG-4 and AAC audio. If you have a file that's not encoded this way, then it won't work and you'll have to perform additional conversion.
The iSmartViewPro application records to MP4 and the files are stored internally. Firstly, try to play the file as it is and if it's not working, then use a converter to properly change it to play on Apple TV.
I can't connect to my camera over 3G or 4G when out of the house. It previously connected no problem, now only connects when I am in the same house and connected to the same WiFi network.

This happens because there is an error with the port forwarding. I recommend checking the Internet source (eg. Router/modem) for portforwarding configuration. Most likely those settings are messed up or the DHCP server available on these devices issued other IPs the connected items, therefore removing the functionality of the camera's remote access feature. Alternatively, you could add the camera items again after they're deleted from your phone.
