S
Answer by Saumya Sharma

It seems that upgrading your phone may have led to a compatibility issue with the iSmartViewPro program, causing the inability to retrieve saved videos. It is recommended to check if the program is updated and compatible with the upgraded phone, or reach out to the program's support team for assistance.

To fix the issue of the webcam showing "camera not online now" after changing the router, you can try the following solutions:

  1. Ensure that the webcam is properly connected to the new router and that it has a stable internet connection.
  2. Restart both the webcam and the router.
  3. Check if the webcam's firmware is up to date and if not, update it.
  4. Verify if the webcam's settings are configured correctly in the iSmartViewPro software.
  5. If the problem persists, reinstall the iSmartViewPro software and set it up again with the new router.

If none of the above solutions work, it is recommended to seek further assistance from the iSmartViewPro support team or consult the user manual for specific troubleshooting steps.

Without more information, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the speaker and microphone not working while using the iSmartViewPro program for Windows. However, it could be due to a variety of reasons such as incorrect settings, hardware issues, or compatibility problems. Troubleshooting steps like checking audio settings, updating drivers, or contacting customer support may help resolve the issue.

It's impossible to say whether the application works on Windows 10 or not, because this is marked as being unavailable. The software is obtained with certain hardware. If you have compatible hardware, contact the manufacturer or the seller you acquired the software from. They should tell you more about a possible Windows 10 release or update. I have tried finding a way to run the software in Windows 10, but nothing found.

You will have to use the built-in Help section or the manuals available in the installation directory. This application is bundled with hardware devices and it's impossible to test it. Go to the installation directory and check for readme or user guides to find additional information.

When I start recording with my IP camera, it only records 2 hours and then stops. Even if I plan to record from 1am to 8am and the icon for recording shows me the correct time plan, the camera still gives me 2 hours only. What's happening?

To overcome this issue, launch the software and check the settings and the output path. Make sure it's on a NTFS partition, otherwise the file will be limited to 2 GB. Secondly, make sure you have enough free space to record all that time. Additionally, re-install the application and launch it under an Administrator account.

Will IsmartViewPro work on Windows 8.1 OS? Looking forward your reply.

Answer by Alex Urbach

No, the application won't work on Windows 8.1 because no download link is available nor any possibility to download the application. Nowadays, you can only install the software on iOS and Android with lack for a Windows version.

I've changed my laptop and now I cannot use the WiFi option to my iSmartViewPro camera. Can you help me? The new laptop has Windows 10 installed.

Answer by Sean Hill

As far as I know, the camera and laptop need to be connected to the same WiFi Network in order to access it by IP. If it's a network IP camera, then plug a cable from camera to your LAN and use the default IP address. Based on the camera's IP, Windows will assign an IP to your computer as well.

Download and install Angry IP Scanner using the following link: http://angryip.org/

It will scan and show the IP address of the whole subnetwork including the one used by the camera, then you can use the browser or your favorite application to connect.

It depends. Apple TV supports MP4 playback encoded with H.264 or MPEG-4 and AAC audio. If you have a file that's not encoded this way, then it won't work and you'll have to perform additional conversion.

The iSmartViewPro application records to MP4 and the files are stored internally. Firstly, try to play the file as it is and if it's not working, then use a converter to properly change it to play on Apple TV.

My Camera suddenly shows no picture and even the status says "Online" in my app. But I can control the camera movement. I try to reconnect or reset, but it doesn't work. The Blue light in the front keeps flashing that I know something is wrong (because my other camera doesn't). How can I fix this problem?.

A
Answer by Alex Urbach

Each camera works differently and the blue light might indicate a warning or an error, but since you don't have an image on the screen, then it means it's likely to be a serious error. Each CCTV camera has a button called Reset that restores the camera's settings to default state. In some cases the button is available in plain sight, otherwise you will have to open it up as protection method. Reset the camera, connect directly using a LAN camera and then check its stream. By default, the camera should display image on screen, but if it doesn't do that, then you might have to take it to servicing repair as this might be a hardware problem.
